Asian Paints' Project Sales division manages large-scale commercial and residential projects across the country. Their on-ground executives are the key link between product innovation and execution - expected to recommend the right tools for every surface, finish, and environment.

Despite being a vital link in the final paint finish, the Paint & Brush Tools category often went under the radar in Asian Paints’ Project Sales vertical. While executives were well-versed in recommending paint systems, their understanding of the appropriate tools to apply them lagged far behind. With over 700 sales professionals deployed across India, this knowledge gap had wide-reaching impact - from subpar finish outcomes to missed opportunities for upselling premium tool variants.

To bridge this gap, we developed a strategic guide that delivered easy to understand product walkthroughs that used simple navigation to quickly absorb and remember the details.
